Questions before you send one

Can I choose when it arrives?

Yes. Set the send date in the form above, or pick it at checkout — useful when you are buying three weeks before Diwali and would rather it landed on the day.

What if the frame costs more than the card?

They pay the difference at checkout, in any payment method. Cards can also be combined if you send more than one.

Is it refundable?

Gift cards themselves are not refundable, but anything bought with one follows the normal returns and replacement process.

Can a company buy these in bulk?

Yes — for employee rewards or client gifting, we issue gift cards in bulk against a single GST invoice. Write to hello@nukebox.co or use the corporate gifting form.

Do they have to buy that exact frame?

No. The frame name sets the value of the card — it does not lock the choice. They can put it towards any frame and pay the difference, or keep the balance for later.

They lost the email. Now what?
