About five minutes. Plug the frame in, join your 2.4 GHz WiFi through the NukeOS app, and invite the family. Grandparents need exactly zero steps — photos simply appear on the frame.
Is there a subscription?
No — and there never will be. The NukeOS app, cloud sending, shared family albums and over-the-air software updates are free for the life of the frame.
Can family send photos from anywhere?
Yes. Anyone you invite can send photos and videos from the NukeOS app on iOS or Android, from any city in the world — they arrive on the frame in seconds.
What if something goes wrong?

We keep the Studio in the living room and the whole family album cycles through it. Full HD at this size makes older scanned photos look better than they do on my laptop.
