Everything you need to get your frame glowing — and keep it that way.

Quick start (3 minutes)

1. Plug in. Stand your frame or mount it, connect the power adapter, and switch it on.
2. Pair. Download the free NukeOS app (iPhone or Android), tap “Add frame”, and scan the code on the frame's screen. The frame joins your 2.4 GHz WiFi.
3. Invite the family. Share the frame from the app — everyone you invite can send photos and videos from anywhere in the world.

Warranty & replacement

Every frame includes a 10-day manufacturer's replacement policy and a 1-year warranty. To raise a claim, email accounts@nukebox.co with your order number and a short video of the issue — we respond within one business day.

Delivery is free across India, dispatched within 1–2 business days. See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy for the fine print.
