Processing Time: Orders are dispatched from our facility in Noida, Uttar Pradesh within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

 

Domestic Shipping (India): We offer FREE shipping across India on all orders. Typical delivery time is 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote pin codes may take longer.

 

International Shipping: We ship to selected countries (including the UAE, UK, Europe, Australia, Singapore, Japan and more) at a flat rate of Rs. 1,700 per order. Typical delivery time is 7-21 business days. Any customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and carrier details. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.

 

Address Changes & Failed Deliveries: To change your delivery address, contact us before dispatch at accounts@nukebox.co or +91 95600 05265. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or repeated unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
