Setup & WiFi
How do I set up my Nukebox frame?
Plug it in, download the free NukeOS app on iPhone or Android, tap “Add frame” and scan the code on the screen. Setup takes about three minutes and needs no computer or cables.
Does the frame need WiFi all the time?
The frame uses 2.4 GHz WiFi to receive new photos. Once photos arrive they are stored on the frame itself, so your slideshow keeps playing even if the internet goes down.
Can family in other cities or countries send photos?
Yes. Anyone you invite from the NukeOS app can send photos and short videos to your frame from anywhere in the world — they arrive in seconds.

Is the NukeOS app free? Is there a subscription?
The app is free and every core feature — sharing, albums, captions, sleep schedules, updates — works forever without a subscription. An optional NukeOS+ upgrade adds cloud backup, longer videos and casting, with a free trial.
How many photos can a frame store?
The Aura 10, Heritage 10 and Studio 16 store about 15,000 photos (expandable by memory card). The Gallery 22 stores about 30,000 photos.
Does the frame get software updates?
Yes — free over-the-air NukeOS updates for the life of the frame.
Delivery & returns
Is delivery really free?
Yes, delivery is free anywhere in India. Orders dispatch within 1–2 business days.
What is the replacement policy?
Every frame has a 10-day manufacturer's replacement policy for manufacturing defects, plus a 1-year warranty on all products. Email accounts@nukebox.co with your order number to raise a claim.

Are the frames really made from recycled plastic?
Yes — every frame body is manufactured using 100% recycled plastic, made in India in fair, safe conditions, and we grow ten trees for every frame sold.
Can I load photos before gifting the frame?
Yes. Pair the frame to your app before you wrap it and preload photos, a video, or a written message — it lights up with your memories the moment they switch it on.
Does it work in portrait and landscape?
Yes — stand it tall or wide; the display auto-rotates and the slideshow follows.
