Processing Time

Orders are dispatched from our facility in Noida, Uttar Pradesh within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer free shipping across India on all orders. Typical delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote pin codes may take longer.

International Shipping

We ship to selected countries (including the UAE, UK, Europe, Australia, Singapore, Japan and more) at a flat rate of ₹1,700 per order. Typical delivery time is 7–21 business days. Any customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and carrier details. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Address Changes & Failed Deliveries

To change your delivery address, contact us before dispatch at accounts@nukebox.co or +91 98108 66265. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or repeated unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
